Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations. The Administrators will not make automated decisions regarding personal data.

Your personal data will be stored until the expiration of claims arising from the provided healthcare services.

The data contained in medical documentation will be stored for the necessary period determined by applicable laws and regulations.

Regarding data processed based on your consent, we will process such data until you object to the processing, withdraw your consent, or when the processing of such data becomes unnecessary for other reasons.

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to data portability.

The right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of personal data do not apply to data processed based on Article 9(2)(h) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e., data processed for health-related purposes related to the provision of healthcare services, including data contained in medical documentation.
